Section R156-38b-402 - User Identification and Password(1) All users are required to register with the designated agent.(2) The designated agent shall issue a unique user ID and password to each user who successfully registers to use the SCR.(3) The information gathered in the registration process shall be maintained in the SCR as the user profile.(4) The registration process shall include the following information and any other information established by the Division in collaboration with the designated agent: (a) first and last name of the individual registering; and(b) email address, if any.(5) The designated agent shall provide the ability for a user to view and modify the user's profile.(6) The designated agent shall provide an industry accepted secure method for a user to recover a forgotten user ID or password.(7) The designated agent shall pre-populate filings with any information available in the user's profile.Utah Admin.
