Section R156-37-606 - Disposal of Controlled Substances(1) A licensee shall dispose of controlled substances in accordance with 21 CFR Part 1317 (July 26, 2022) which is incorporated by reference.(2) A licensee who disposes of controlled substances shall: (a) maintain records of the disposal for five years from the date of disposal; and(b) make the records available for inspection upon request to the Division or its agents.Utah Admin.
