Section R82-2-101 - Notice of Hearings(1) These rules are adopted pursuant to section 32B-2-202 regarding the administration of the Department and Commission. They shall be interpreted so as to be consistent with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act.(2) Notice of hearings, other than disciplinary hearings. Public notice shall be made no less than 10 business days before to the day on which the hearing is scheduled to be held.(3) The rule governing disciplinary hearings is R82-3-103.Utah Admin.
