Section R70-370-1 - Purpose and Authority

(1) Promulgated under the authority of Section 4-3-201.

(2) This rule shall apply to any butter sold, bought, processed, manufactured, or distributed within Utah.

(3) This rule incorporates federal regulations and establishes sanitation and processing requirements for butter.
