Section R70-101-20 - [Effective 1/28/2025] Products Not Intended for Use Subject to This Rule(1) The Commissioner may exclude from this rule a textile fiber product: (a) that has an insignificant or inconsequential textile fiber content; or(b) if the disclosure of the textile fiber content is not necessary for the protection of the consumer.Utah Admin.
