Section R68-8-20 - Fees for Testing Services(1) The fees for testing samples, representing seed sold or offered for sale, or other services performed by the state seed laboratory, shall be determined by the department pursuant to Subsection 4-2-103(2).(2) A current listing of approved fees may be obtained upon request from, the department and is listed on the department's website.Utah Admin.
