Section R68-5-2 - Definitions(1) "Department" means the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food.(2) "Inspection certificate" means the Utah Department of Agriculture-Grain Inspection Certificate.(4) "Safflower" means the carthamus tinctorius plant and includes each type and variety of safflower.(5) "Moisture" means water content.(6) "Heat damaged" means kernels, pieces of kernels, seeds, and pieces of seeds that have been materially discolored and damaged by heat.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-12, effective 6/8/2022
