Section R68-18-5 - Articles and Commodities Under Quarantine(1) The disease Karnal bunt (Tilletia indica Mitra) in any living state of development.(2) Plants of the genus Triticum or any plant part hereof.(3) Any mechanized farming equipment from the areas under quarantine used in the planting or harvesting of small grains.(4) Any other plant, plant part, article, or means of conveyance when it is determined by the department to present a hazard spreading of Karnal bunt organisms.Utah Admin.
