Section R68-10-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) Promulgated under authority of Subsection 4-2-103(1)(k).(2) This rule establishes a quarantine pertaining to the European Corn Borer (Ostrinia nubilalis), a pest not known to exist in Utah, but exists in the described infested areas. This rule sets forth the name of the pest against which the quarantine is established, the infested area, the products regulated, and specifying conditions governing shipments and issuance of certificates under which products may be shipped.Utah Admin.
