Section R66-5-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Title 4, Chapter 41a, Cannabis Production Establishments and Pharmacies and Subsection 4-2-103(1)(i) authorize this rule.(2) This rule establishes operating and licensing standards and requirements to be followed by medical cannabis pharmacies and their employees.Adopted by Utah State Bulletin Number 2024-10, effective 5/13/2024
