Section R66-30-15 - Renewal(1) A licensee shall resubmit the documents required in Section R68-25-4, with updated information, before December 31st of the current year.(2) The department may deny a renewal for an incomplete application.(3) The department may deny renewal for any licensee who has violated any portion of this rule or state law.Utah Admin.
