Section R65-8-3 - Participation in the AppropriationA. Junior Livestock Shows which are not currently participating in the appropriation but who would like to participate must submit a request in writing to the President of the Association. This request will be acted on at the next annual meeting.B. Any resident of the state who is a 4-H or FFA member and who meets the age requirements of the specific show must be allowed to participate in any show receiving funds under the terms of these rules.
