Section R64-2-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Section 52-4-207 requires any public body that convenes or conducts an electronic meeting to have a rule in place governing the use of electronic meetings. This rule establishes procedures for conducting Conservation Commission meetings by electronic means.(2) This rule is enacted under the authority of Sections 52-4-207, and 4-18-105.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-12, effective 6/1/2022
