Section R58-7-8 - Livestock Market Committee(1) The chair of the department's Livestock Market Committee may hold a hearing to review each application to operate a satellite video livestock market and determine whether the department will issue a license.(2) The livestock market committee shall approve an application in accordance with Section 4-30-107 and shall apply their decision to the livestock market and the satellite video livestock market.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-15, effective 7/19/2022Adopted by Utah State Bulletin Number 2024-05, effective 2/14/2024
