Section R58-27-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) This rule is promulgated under the authority of Section 4-37-101, Subsection 4-2-103(1)(i), and Section 4-37-503.(2) This rule establishes a program for the licensing of fee fishing facilities, aquaculture facilities, aquatic animal brokering, and aquatic animal processing facilities.(3) Persons engaged in operations listed in Section R58-17-4 must comply with: (b) the rules for site selection and species control under the department pursuant to Subsections 4-37-201(3), 4-37-301(3), and Department of Natural Resources Rule R657-3.Utah Admin.
