Section R58-26-3 - Permit to Verify Ownership Created1) Pursuant to Section 4-24-304(2), a custom exempt slaughter facility licensed under R58-13 or farm custom slaughter licensee licensed under R58-11-3 is eligible to receive a permit from the department to verify ownership of livestock.2) A permit exempts a facility or licensee from requiring a certificate of brand inspection prior to slaughter, provided they follow the requirements of this rule.Utah Admin.
