Section R58-20-1 - Authority and Purpose

(1) Promulgated under the authority of Section 4-39-106 and Subsection 4-39-303(6).

(2) This rule establishes procedures for the application and renewal of licenses, health requirements, and standards for operating a domesticated elk ranch.
