Section R58-17-4 - Aquatic Animal Health Pathogens and Inspection(1) The Board will maintain a list of restricted, prohibited, and reportable aquatic animal pathogens and accepted inspection requirements in the Aquatic Animal Health Inspection Policy.(2) The Board shall promulgate the Aquatic Animal Health Inspection Policy.(3) The policy shall be reviewed and updated as necessary or at minimum every even numbered calendar year.Utah Admin.
