Section R58-15-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) The authority of Subsections 4-2-103(1)(i), 4-23-105(1), and Section 4-23-107 promulgates this rule.(2) Title 4, Chapter 23, Agricultural and Wildlife Damage Prevention Act protects owners of livestock that are subject to an annual predator control fee under Section 4-23-107.
