Section R51-6-1 - Authority and Purpose(1) Section 52-4-207 requires any public body that convenes or conducts an electronic meeting to have a rule in place governing the use of electronic meetings. This rule establishes procedures for conducting Agricultural Advisory Board meetings or meetings of the board's subcommittees by electronic means.(2) This rule is enacted under the authority of Sections 52-4-207, 4-2-108, and Subsection 4-2-103(1)(i).Adopted by Utah State Bulletin Number 2018-8, effective 3/23/2018Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2022-12, effective 6/1/2022
