Section R33-12-101 - Required Contract Clauses(1) Public entities shall comply with Section 63G-6a-1202 considering clauses for contracts. Executive branch procurement units shall also comply with the requirements of Section 63G-6a-110(6). All definitions in the Utah Procurement Code shall apply to this Rrule unless otherwise specified in this Rrule.
