Section R33-114-101 - Procurement of Design-Build Transportation Project Contracts(1) The Utah Department of Transportation makes rules governing the procurement of design-build transportation projects in accordance with Subsection 63G-6a-1402(3)(a)(ii). Rule R916-3 provides guidance under which the Utah Department of Transportation may use the design-build approach for transportation projects.(2) At the request of the Utah Department of Transportation, the Procurement Policy Board can review the proposed rules to ensure that they are not inconsistent with Title 63G, Chapter 6a, Utah Procurement Code or rules under Title R33.Utah Admin.
