Section R33-102-115 - Order at Meetings(1) The Presiding Officer shall preserve order and decorum at all meetings of the Board and shall determine questions of order, which may be subject to a vote of the Board.(2) A person creating a disturbance or otherwise obstructing the orderly process of a Board meeting may be ordered to leave the meeting.Utah Admin.
