Section R25-25-1 - Purpose and Authority(1) Purpose. This rule establishes the functional, technical, and other standards a vendor must meet to be eligible to enter a contract as a service provider to conduct virtual currency transactions in the state and establishes requirements an agency must meet to be a participating agency to accept virtual currency transactions.(2) Authority.
