Section R25-22-2 - Definitions(1) Terms used in this rule are defined in Sections 4-41a-102 and 26-61a-102.(2) In addition: (a) "Utah MRB" means any cannabis production establishment, medical cannabis pharmacy, or home delivery medical cannabis pharmacy licensed in accordance with the Utah Medical Cannabis Act.(b) "Financial Institution" means any federal or state chartered and regulated depository financial institution.Utah Admin.
