Section R23-1-702 - Content of the Request for Proposals(1) In addition to the requirements set forth under Section 63G-6a-703, the request for proposals solicitation shall include:(a) a description of the format that offerors are to use when submitting a proposal including any required forms; and(b) instructions for submitting price.(2) The division is responsible for all content contained in the request for proposals solicitation documents.Utah Admin.
