Section R21-4-1 - Purpose
The purpose of this rule is to establish procedures for:
(1) a debtor to request a review of debt payments to determine if the debtor is eligible to receive credit for amounts still owed on their debt: and(2) OSDC to: (a) notify debtors:(b) conduct reviews to determine if a debtor is eligible to receive credit and(c) issue a credit against a qualifying debt.
