Section R21-1-1 - PurposeThe purpose of this rule is to establish:
(1) collection techniques used by OSDC; and(2) procedures for agencies to: (a) bill and make initial collection efforts according to a coordinated schedule;(b) transfer their delinquent accounts receivable to OSDC for additional collection action;(c) write-off receivables; and(d) allocate the costs of collection established under Subsections 63A-3-502(4)(g), 63A-3-502(6)(b), Section 15-1-4, and other applicable laws.Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2019-17, effective 8/7/2019Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2021-07, effective 3/25/2021Amended by Utah State Bulletin Number 2024-20, effective 10/10/2024
