Section R13-2-2 - DefinitionsTerms used in this rule are defined in Sections 63A-1-103 and 63G-2-103, and as interpreted by Section 46-4-502. Additional terms are defined as follows:
(1) "Division" means a division or office of the Department of Administrative Services listed in Section 63A-1-109, and the Executive Director's Office.
