Section 3.38 - Calculation of Annual Assessment for Foreign Bank Branches or Agencies

The annual assessment for a foreign bank branch or agency is calculated as described in § RSA 3.36 of this title (relating to Annual Assessments and Specialty Examination Fees), based on the values in the following table:
