Section 219.120 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to provide for administrative penalties and sanctions under Transportation Code, Chapters 621 through 623. The enforcement actions under this chapter are governed by Chapter 224 of this title (relating to Adjudicative Practice and Procedure) and Transportation Code, Chapters 621 through 623.
