(a) Bond review fee. Upon submission of a bond to the department, the motor transportation broker shall include a bond review fee of $5, payable as described in subsection (b) of this section.(b) Payment of fees. (1) Non-refundable. All fees paid to the department as provided for in this section are non-refundable.(2) Payment methods. All fees shall be paid to the department as provided by § 209.23 of this title (relating to Methods of Payment).43 Tex. Admin. Code § 218.42
