Section 206.94 - Motor Vehicle Industry Regulation Advisory Committee (MVIRAC)(a) The MVIRAC is created to make recommendations, as requested by the department and board, on topics related to regulation of the motor vehicle industry.(b) The MVIRAC shall comply with the requirements of § 206.93 of this title (relating to Advisory Committee Operations and Procedures).(c) The MVIRAC shall expire on July 7, 2027.43 Tex.
