Section 28.84 - Application Review

(a) The department will review and evaluate certification applications submitted under this subchapter.

(b) The department will deny an application:

(1) if the application:

(A) is not complete; or

(B) contains false or misleading information; or

(2) if the applicant:

(A) does not meet the eligibility requirements; or

(B) does not provide the information required under § 28.83(b)(2) of this subchapter (relating to Certification Application Process).
