Section 23.17 - Advertising Notices(a) Electronic mailing list. A person interested in advertising in department travel information may request, by registering on the department's website, to receive advertising information from the department electronically. The department or its designated agent may provide advertising space deadlines and rates to persons on the electronic mailing list. Annually, the department will publish in the Texas Register a notice with instructions for requesting to be included in the department's electronic mailing list to receive advertising information. A person may request to be removed from the electronic mailing list at any time. (b) Printed information. On request, the department or its designated agent will provide a copy of the advertising information.43 Tex. Admin. Code § 23.17
