Section 21.721 - Injunctive Relief(a) The department may enforce the Act by seeking an injunction or other appropriate remedy.(b) On application for injunctive or other relief and a finding that a person is violating or has violated the Act, a court may grant the injunctive or other relief warranted by the facts.43 Tex.
