Section 21.450 - License Issuance(a) The department will issue a license if the requirements of § 21.152 of this chapter (relating to License Application), or if the requirements of § 21.449 of this subchapter (relating to License Application), are satisfied.(b) The department will not issue a license to an entity that is not authorized to conduct business in this state.43 Tex.
