Section 21.153 - License Issuance(a) The department will issue a license if the requirements of § 21.152 of this subchapter (relating to License Application) are satisfied.(b) The department will not issue a license to an entity that is not authorized to conduct business in this state.(c) To amend a license, the license holder must file an amended application in a form prescribed by the department and accompanied by a valid rider to the surety bond.43 Tex.
