Section 21.112 - Relocation Assistance Advisory ServiceThe department will establish a relocation advisory service office that is reasonably convenient to individuals affected by right-of-way acquisitions. Relocation services will be made available at hours convenient to:
(1) occupants of property to be acquired;(2) occupants of property immediately adjacent to the property acquired who will suffer substantial economic injury because of the acquisition; and(3) those who move from real property used for a dwelling or who move their personal property because of the acquisition of real property used for a business or farm.43 Tex.
