Section 2.359 - Public Meeting(a) The department may hold one or more public meetings on a proposed disposal plan, dredged material placement area, or beneficial use project.(b) The department will publish notice of a public meeting under this section in a newspaper having general circulation in each county in which the proposed disposal plan, dredged material placement area, or beneficial use project is located and post the notice on the department's website.43 Tex.
