Section 175.104 - Appointment of ADR Coordinator(a) The Commissioner shall appoint an ADR Coordinator as soon as practicable following: (1) initial adoption of this subchapter; or(2) an ADR Coordinator's vacation of this office.(b) The ADR Coordinator shall, as soon as practicable after appointment, complete the minimum training standards set forth in §154.052 of the GDRA.40 Tex.
