Section 840.10 - Appropriate Licensure(a) Training providers, as defined by this chapter, shall provide evidence of appropriate licensure or exemption from licensure or regulation in a manner determined by the Commission.(b) Institutions and agencies included in Texas Education Code, § 61.003 shall be considered appropriately licensed for the purposes of this section.(c) Proprietary Schools in compliance with the requirements of Texas Education Code Chapter 132 shall be considered appropriately licensed for the purposes of this section.(d) Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs) approved by the DOL are exempt from all requirements of this section. Industry Recognized Apprenticeship Programs (IRAPs) must comply with licensure and eligibility requirements described in this section.40 Tex. Admin. Code § 840.10
