Section 823.12 - Board Informal Resolution Procedure(a) Each Board shall provide an opportunity for informal resolution of a complaint or appeal.(b) Informal resolution may include, but is not limited to: (1) informal meetings with case managers or their supervisors;(2) second reviews of the case file;(3) telephone calls or conference calls to the affected parties;(4) in-person interviews with all affected parties; or(5) written explanations or summaries of the laws or regulations involved in the complaint.40 Tex.
