Section 811.62 - Child Care for Choices Eligibles(a) A Board shall ensure that child care is provided if needed, as specified in Chapter 809 of this title.(b) Transitional child care is provided as needed, as specified in § 809.48 of this title.(c) Choices child care is provided as needed, as specified in § 809.45 of this title.(d) TANF Applicant child care is provided as needed, as specified in § 809.46 of this title.40 Tex.
