Section 811.5 - Documentation, Verification, and Supervision of Work Activities(a) A Board shall ensure that all required information related to the documentation and verification of participation in Choices work activities, as described in this section, is documented in the TWC case management system.(b) A Board shall ensure that all participation in Choices is verified and documented and that self-attestation is not allowed.(c) For Choices work activities, as described in §§ 811.42, 811.43, 811.44, and 811.50 of this chapter, Boards shall ensure that all participation is verified and documented in the TWC case management system at least monthly.(d) For educational services, as described in § 811.50 of this chapter, for teen heads of household who have not completed secondary school or received a high school equivalency credential, Boards shall ensure that: (1) good or satisfactory progress, as determined by the educational institution, is verified and documented in the TWC case management system at least monthly;(2) all participation is supervised daily; and(3) all participation is verified and documented in the TWC case management system at least monthly.40 Tex.
