Section 735.409 - What are the requirements for visiting the adoptive parents' home during the post-placement portion of an adoption evaluation?(a) You must visit the home at least once.(b) All members of the household, including the child, must be present for at least one home visit.(c) You must document in the record the date of the visit, persons present, their relationship to the adoptive parents, and observations regarding health and safety issues in the home.40 Tex.
