Section 732.303 - Unsolicited Proposals for Community-Based Care Services(a) As provided by § 264.157 of the Texas Family Code, the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) accepts and evaluates unsolicited proposals from entities based in this state to provide community-based care services in a geographic service area where DFPS has not implemented community-based care.(b) An unsolicited proposal for community-based care services must:(1) demonstrate the entity meets the criteria for community-based care services as described in Texas Family Code, Chapter 264, Subchapter B-1;(2) demonstrate the entity has established connections to the area the entity proposes to serve; and(3) comply with applicable state procurement laws and rules.(c) An unsolicited proposal for community-based care services is submitted to DFPS by email to CBCUnsolicitedProposal@dfps.texas.gov.40 Tex.
