Section 705.1905 - What definitions apply to this subchapter?The following words and terms have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) Case records--All records described in Texas Human Resources Code, § 48.101 or § 48.102, which were collected, developed, or used in an abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation investigation, or in providing services as a result of an investigation, and which are under the custody and control of DFPS.(2) Investigation records--That portion of the records described in Texas Human Resources Code, § 48.101 or § 48.102, which were collected, developed, or used in an abuse, neglect, or financial exploitation investigation and which are under the custody and control of DFPS.40 Tex.
