Section 700.1505 - Administrative Review(a) Adoptive recruits and applicants are entitled to an administrative review of the decision not to approve their adoptive home for placement of a child.(b) Foster parents and foster parent recruits and applicants have a right to an administrative review of the decision to not approve their application to be foster parents or to close the foster home.40 Tex.
