Section 604.1 - Historically Underutilized Businesses

In accordance with Texas Government Code § 2161.003, the Board adopts by reference the rules of the Comptroller of Public Accounts in 34 TAC Part 1, Chapter 20, Subchapter D, Division 1, regarding historically underutilized businesses.
